Although Trimax meters are by now very old, we still get requests for reset codes and repair software . Although we no longer repair these meters, we do still have some parts and software available.  Today we have posted several software files for the Trimax Meters.  These include: Trimax SM-3500 Operating Software Trimax SM-2500 Repair Files Trimax SM-2200 Repair Files All of these files are free to download and use.  Keep in mind that these (and meters) are very old and no longer supported. All software is offered "as is" and without guarantee. This software is for experienced users only.  Recently I discovered another large file transfer service. Although I have several  already listed I found this one to be very interesting.  It has some features that could be very useful, like 'Destruct after first download' and 'Password', plus more.  This one it gives you several choices of download links including a QR code as a way to retrieve the files.

Resetting a older Trimax meter will result in the meter asking for the 'Activation Code'.  Each new meter had a business card size Activation Code included in the box. Many times this card is lost and the Activation Code is gone forever..... or is it? We have kept track of all the Trimax meters we produced and have a record of the required information.

 File compression has many uses. The most popular is reducing the file size and sending several files in one file. We use file compression to deliver our information, it makes multible combined files that download faster due to the reduced (compressed) size. Unfortunately hackers have taken advantage of compressed files so most providers no longer allow compressed files in emails. For this reason we provide links so the interested party can download the compressed files. After downloading the compressed file it needs to be un-compressed using a software for this purpose.  For these tasks of compress and uncompress there are several software programs. The most popular of these are WinZip, WinRAR and 7-Zip. We use and recommend 7-Zip for several reasons. It works extremely well on all files. It handles .bin files and others very well.
